Software Design Engineer
Location: Kraków HQ

Responsibilities

  • Analyze the requirement documents from customer RFQs
  • Discuss requirements with the customer, clarify open points and details
  • Derive and specify the product requirements
  • Technical requirements engineering in close cooperation with our customers
  • Collaborate within a diverse development team
  • Actively walk through new requirements with the technical experts to evaluate their impact
  • Create and maintain the traceability of the requirements for the entire development cycle according to A-SPICE and ISO 26262
  • Create requirements, trace requirements, lead and perform reviews
  • Offer support, training and guidance for development teams
  • Interfacing with development, quality assurance and launch teams
  • Ability to travel to support customer meetings in Europe
  • Develop engineering solutions within assigned project(s) scope and timing

Requiremenets

  • Matlab/Simulink, C Embedded
  • Experience in real time operating systems RTOS (i.e. uCOS, FreeRTOS)
  • Basic knowledge in electronics i.e. (I2C, SPI, CAN, Flexray)
  • Experience in: MISRA C, DOORS, VECTOR tools
  • Experience in Automotive standards (A-SPICE, ISO26262, ASIL)
  • Good knowledge in AGILE/SCRUM and GIT workflow
  • Nice to have experience in: Jenkins, Redmine, C++, ADTF, Python, Makefile,
  • Minimum BE or M.Sc. in computer science, automatics or similar
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in similar work position
  • Knowledge of building microcontrollers and embedded systems
  • Communication and teamwork skills
  • Good English knowledge (German will be a plus)
